About Jane

A highly experienced coach and mentor to senior leaders, Jane is a seasoned Managing Director with 10 years’ experience at Executive Committee level within a global bank, latterly as the HR Director of a £2.7 billion turnover business.

Commercial, strategic and outcome orientated, she has 20 years leadership and general management experience and uses her own knowledge and experience from working at senior levels in a large global organisation to add value for her coaching clients.

Her particular areas of focus are coaching newly appointed senior executives to transition to new roles; preparing individuals to achieve promotion and providing coaching support for leaders to identify and grow future executive talent.

She has successfully coached senior leaders within the private, public and third sectors who operate across a range of industries including financial services, IT and higher education.

A strong believer in the power of effective coaching to improve business performance, Jane uses a range of tools, techniques and models to help her clients develop their leadership, strategic thinking and personal skills. Jane also adopts the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s Global Code of Ethics within her coaching practice.
